This is a unique ad in which Frank L. Moore ostensibly is writing an open letter to the Indianapolis market to test drive a Mitchell runabout automobile from Fisher Automobile Company. I believe Moore emerged as effectively the Chief Operating Officer of Carl Fisher's auto business to give the latter time to launch and guide Prest-O-Lite. Not much is known about Frank Moore but I am working on it. This ad appeared in the February 16, 1908 Indianapolis Star.
