Pietro Bordino

Here's another image from the Paul Sheedy collection. Pietro Bordino is seen here at the Culver City board track in 1925 where he picked off his only American Automobile Association (AAA) race win. Bordino is best known for winning the 1922 Italian Grand Prix, but also raced in the 1925 Indianapolis 500. He was also one of the few drivers of the famed "Beast of Turin" Fiat S76.
