The original source provides very little information on this photo except that it is apparently of an event called the Lancashire Hill Climb in 1913. The driver is identified as "Cinglefield," but I can find no record of such a person. Please provide more information if you can. The car is reportedly and 8 HP Enfield "Cyclecar."
