Fluke and Gettman

Frankly, I need a little help here. The two men seen here are Bob Fluke and Wilbur Gettman. Not much is known about them, so help with their stories is welcome. We believe Gettman was in the paint and varnish business, was awarded a patent for a non-inflamable remover and was a resident of Altoona. This image is another selection from the Paul Sheedy Collection and the men are seen at the Altoona board track in June 1925.
