Image of The Week
Three of the greatest drivers in all of auto racing history are seen in this dramatic board track speedway high-speed battle. Ralph De Palma (4) leads Ralph Mulford and Joe Boyer. De Palma won the 1915 Indianapolis 500 and Boyer won the 1924 Indianapolis 500. Mulford finished second in the first Indianapolis 500. Thanks to auto racing historian Don Culver for this excellent contribution.
