Fisher Automobile Company Incorporates

This article was published in the May 10, 1913 Indianapolis News and discusses the incorporation of the Fisher Automobile Company. Interestingly, this is not the same company Fisher started years earlier - according to the article that initial dealership  and garage had been merged with Gibson Automobile Company and later dissolved. At this time a new Fisher Automiobile Company emerged, which is the point of this article. The timing is interesting as it occurred as the preparations for the May 30, 1913 Indianapolis 500 were well underway - but then, Carl Fisher never seemed to back down from hard work.
