Steampunk

If you haven't heard of "Steampunk" but you have an interest in turn-of-the-20th century histoy you may want to check it out with a Google search. Some call it a re-imagining but I liken it more to a reconnection with such visionaries as Jules Verne and H.G. Wells. Recently it has manifested itself in popular culture with movies like Robert Downey Jr.'s "Sherlock Holmes." I like the feel and spirit of it and see it as a device to intrigue younger generations in an era of American history that fascinates me.
